1. Regular zero check (zero correction)

The zero drift is often encountered in the actual operation of Coriolis force mass flowmeter. There are many factors causing the zero drift, such as the installation stress of inductor, the structural asymmetry of the precise measuring tube, and the change of the main parameters of the physical properties of the measured flow body. Especially in the small flow measurement, the effect of zero drift on the accuracy of accurate measurement is more serious. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out zero point inspection and adjustment on time.

Zero point regular inspection should be carried out at least once every three months. If production and manufacturing permit, the interval of zero point regular inspection should be shortened as far as possible for Coriolis force type mass flowmeter installed at key monitoring points. The completion of zero correction is the key to directly affect whether the flowmeter can operate within the precision range.

2. Regular inspection of main parameters of operation

In the whole process of application of the flowmeter, we should always pay attention to whether the main parameters of operation set have changed, and whether the data flow, density and temperature values displayed are normal. If there is too much difference from the actual value, zero data flow correction can be carried out again according to the method described in the user manual. If you still have paresthesia after the completion of the above operation, you should check whether the main parameters of the operation set in the internal structure of the transmitter are accurate.

3. Analyze the common fault marks of the flowmeter on time

According to the difference of flowmeter model, specification model and manufacturer, the common fault display mode and specific content are also different. 4, comprehensive regular inspection and maintenance on time

For the flowmeter in application, comprehensive regular inspection should be carried out on time: from the appearance of inductor, installation strength, vibration of process pipeline, transmitter and display instrument mark, and other aspects of all-round regular inspection, detected problems should be properly dealt with.

5. Create flowmeter files

In order to ensure the reliable operation of the flowmeter in the long run, the user should create the file data of the flowmeter, and make a specific log of each regular inspection, maintenance and verification status and put it into the file data, so as to facilitate better maintenance and application in the future.

6, for easy scaling fluid accurate measurement of maintenance

For accurate measurement of scale accumulation (such as scale formation and wax formation) by the flowmeter, the operation condition of the device should be checked regularly. When detecting abnormal operation or excessive error of the flowmeter, the possibility of scale accumulation in the inductor should be taken into account first, and the inductor should be removed, and the appropriate measures such as purge or cleaning should be taken to solve the problem.

7. Calibrate on time
