What is the maintenance work of liquid mass flowmeter?

In the daily load processing manufacturing industry, we often use the liquid mass flowmeter for accurate measurement of liquids. When accurately measuring different liquids, we all choose different liquid mass flowmeters. So in what load environment, how to use and proofread different mass flowmeters?


1. Liquid mass flowmeter -- Pulsation and vibration:


In order not to affect the mass flowmeter by the damping vibration generated in the process and external, please consult our company about the resonance frequency range of the mass flowmeter to determine whether the field pulsation or vibration frequency is close to the resonance frequency of the mass flowmeter.


2. Liquid mass flowmeter -- pipeline stress and deformation:


The flange of the flow meter and the pipe flange connection tightening bolt should be symmetrical, do not make the mass flow meter stress. If a short pipe of the same length as the mass flowmeter is pre-connected when laying the pipe, the stress caused by abnormal pipe laying can be prevented.


3. In order to prevent the interaction of liquid mass flowmeters:


Because two mass flowmeters of the same model are installed in series, or multiple mass flowmeters are installed close to each other in parallel, especially when installed on the same support platform, the vibration of the precise measuring tube will make each liquid mass flowmeter interact with each other, produce interference and cause abnormal vibration, and make the instrument panel of the liquid flowmeter unable to work in serious cases, preventive measures should be adopted during installation.


In addition, when the liquid mass flow rate is calibrated, attention should be paid to the accurate measurement of strong abrasive slurry. The straight tube and single tube type are adopted and the accurate measuring tube is placed in a vertical position, so as to avoid uneven wear of the tube wall and shorten the service life. However, the thinning of tube wall thickness can also reduce the precision measurement of tube stiffness and change the flow measurement value, so in this case, the operation period is monitored periodically to determine the service cycle time.


Flowmeter installation precautions


1. Before installation, the construction personnel must read the operation manual carefully.


2. When installing a sensor, pay attention to the airflow direction indicated by the sensor and place the sensor above the pipe level.


3. Remember: it is absolutely not allowed to weld the sensor and the flow-stabilizing tube directly when welding the flow-stabilizing tube and pipe. Special welding tooling provided by the supplier must be used to connect the sensor and the flow-stabilizing tube.


4. No liquid, steam, welding residue, metal oxide and sundries are allowed in the sensor chamber to keep the pipeline clean.


5. Connect the quality sensor to the pipe only after removing weld residue from the pipe. (Both sides of the steady flow tube, leak-proof washer, stainless steel nut are fastened to the main body of the sensor).


6. When adjusting the air source, the valve must be opened slowly to prevent damage to the sensor due to the impact of excessive initial air flow.


7. First aerate and then switch on the liquid mass flowmeter power supply.
