What is the status quo of hot gas mass flowmeter in China?

At present, most of the hot gas mass flow sensors in the domestic market are imported, the price is expensive, but the domestic product is less, the performance is not as good as foreign products. In recent years, as the domestic process control industry has increasingly high requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection, more and more indicators have been developed from rough estimation to quantitative analysis, and a lot of raw materials and displacement need high precision measurement. The flowmeter in the field of measurement and testing has become the focus of the domestic market, among which the mass flowmeter is the most concerned. At present, due to the rapid development of thermal gas mass flowmeter, large market demand, cost-effective, some domestic universities and companies are also committed to this research, and has achieved certain research results.

However, there is still a big gap between the research and the domestic thermal mass flowmeter, especially in the probe structure design and integration and flow signal processing methods. The signal processing method includes the processing method between the flow and the output signal of the thermal gas flowmeter by using various algorithms and devices, which is the core part of the flowmeter. These two studies are of great significance.
